Due to the low temperatures in some areas, it may happen that the liquid freezes in the eyebrow pencil during transport. To avoid this, there are two solutions.

Option 1: Soak the pencil in warm water to bring the paste back to room temperature.
Option 2: Leave the pencil indoors for 1-2 days.

Please shake it slightly before use for easier water dispensing.
